QUBE

QUBE, the former West Coast Transmission corporate headquarters, is a distinctive Vancouver landmark and architectural icon, originally designed in 1969 by Rhone and Iredale Architects with structural engineer Bogue Babicki.
This internationally acclaimed and locally cherished landmark is located near Coal Harbour and was renovated and converted to a 180-unit residential development on 12 floors with five different unit configurations encompassing studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Designers took advantage of the column-free space and the high ceilings of the offices to create more volume than normal within the units.
