This residential tower and townhouse project was the first, within the new UBC South Campus Community. Massing, material and landscaping set a design standard for “BC Modernism” and urbanity within the treed and park-like context.  

The 17-storey glass tower, with limestone-clad sidewalls and metal details, features corner decks and stepped roof terraces to take in the spectacular views. The 56 typical units range in size from 1,650 to 1,910 sq. In addition, two top storey full- floor penthouses at 4,500 sq have extensive roof decks. The complex sits atop two stories of underground parking.
