The Hive is a 6 Storey 60,000 sq FT mixed-use building in the centre of downtown Kamloops, BC. The Hive establishes a new home in Kamloops for progressive organizations who value sustainability, collaborative spaces and convenient amenities.

The Hive will be a catalyst in transforming a full city block into Kamloops’ premier business district that will be home to a variety of industry leaders and will become the focal point of a vibrant downtown. The massing is a contemporary interpretation of Kamloops’ historical and cultural use of brick facades downtown. The ordered brick pattern uses inset patios to compose a dynamic façade and provides usable outdoor space for office space.
