Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Located at Howe and Cordova Street, this 20-storey office tower is 275,000 sf with 14,700 sf plates. A split-level lobby will allow access directly from the street level at Granville Square’s existing pedestrian concourse, and a 2-acre renovated plaza. Retail is located on both Howe and Cordova Streets.
The union of both rectilinear and curvilinear architectural forms, resolving the intersection of two different building grids at the site. The rectilinear form relates to the city grid while the curvilinear form relates to the waterfront. The form and materials of the building are a counterpoint to the older and visually heavier buildings in the immediate vicinity. The lightly coloured green glass and aluminium curtain wall reinforce the massing with contrasting horizontal and vertical emphasis.
