Block 350 is a full-block development comprising a 9-storey commercial office building, a headquarters building for the Vancouver School Board, and a residential tower, the Triton on Xth.
Located at the intersection of two of Vancouver's major arteries, Granville Street and Broadway, the site plan integrates prominent street-front retail on the main frontages with a mid-block pedestrian mews and a public park on the southwest corner.
The commercial office tower rises prominently above the Granville-Broadway corner. The Vancouver School Board building to the west has its main entry facing the park, combining institutional formality with openness and accessibility to the public.
