As the first project in a technology-based light industrial centre along Great Northern Way in Vancouver, QLT will set the standard for development in this area. This project reflects an image and identity for this well-known biotechnology company, while demonstrating a judicious use of investors’ capital.
The design addresses many needs is designed to suit the needs of adaptability, flexibility, security, modularity, support space, building and service systems, environmental controls, efficient circulation, sustainability and life-cycle costing as required by the leader in the development of photodynamic therapy products. Consisting of executive and corporate offices, clinical offices, an information technology suite, laboratories, a fitness centre / conference centre and an expanded cafeteria, the project has 160,000 square feet in two wings.
This project is a joint venture by Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership and Stantec Architecture Ltd.
