To facilitate our ability to service our clients, MCM has formally integrated its documentation and control systems into a quality assurance / quality control program compatible with internationally recognized models. Our Quality Management System will guide the Planning and User Group Documentation Phases, including coordination with our consultants. To advance our in-house Quality Management Plan procedures, MCM has adopted ProjectDox, a web-based project management and document control system.
