Brian Jessel BMW Dealership

This state-of-the-art, 66,000 sq.ft. facility was designed for Brian Jessel BMW, one of Vancouver’s largest BMW dealerships. A high-performance automobile design aesthetic was used - metal and glass finishes - in combination with precision high-tech detailing.
The original structure was built as a brewery in the late 1950s. The brewery’s original grain silo, which now stores cell phone transmitters, was screened with fiberglass panels to create dealership signage.
The dealership contains 21 service bays complete with an owners’ viewing area. An enclosed reception drive-thru was added, with room for eight vehicles. The dealership also incorporates a full-service café, a BMW lifestyle boutique, a wire enabled business lounge and a new car delivery area. This project was completed in collaboration with Omniplan.
