The Triton is the residential portion of a mixed-use development occuping an entire block in downtown Vancouver, BC. Retail and office space as well as a new building for the Vancouver School Board occupy the commercial frontages, while the Triton and a new civic park are oriented to the more residential areas. While the porte-cochère and main entry is located on a quiet residential street, pedestrian access links the building to both the retail areas on Granville Street and Broadway Avenue, two main shopping streets in Vancouver and the civic park.
Mountain and ocean views to the north and west are maximized by the siting of the 13-storey condominium complex that has 8 units on a typical floor. The upper three floors step back from the typical floor creating four penthouse units per floor, culminating in 2 penthouse units at the top. Main floor suites feature ground level entry through garden patios.
