This mid-block project is well located within easy walking distance of Victoria’s downtown. The 12-storey tower has 76 residential condominium units. There are a variety of suite layouts and types, including four ground level town homes. The suites range in size from 500 to 1,350 square feet.
The exterior façade uses a combination of brick, painted concrete, and metal / glass window wall to create a façade composition which responds to the articulated floor plans as well as the neighbourhood context.
