The Shift

Centrally located in Edmonton’s emerging Warehouse District, directly across the street from the new Warehouse District park on 106th Street, The Shift is an innovative transit oriented development consisting of two rental residential towers. Steps from a future Valley Line LRT stop and one block from an existing Capital Line LRT stop, the development is situated in the city’s downtown core close to the entertainment district.  
The project name is derived from two distinctive massing ‘shifts’ containing generous amenity programs located part way up each of the 39 and 35 storey towers. In addition to rental apartments and amenity spaces in the towers, The Shift will offer street-oriented townhomes and retail space in a unifying podium.  The podium features an resilient, sustainable approach to city building and mobility by way of above grade parking floors that can be converted to residential homes as vehicle ownership evolves over time. The project which will feature 730 rental apartments, including street oriented townhouses, and retail space at grade.
