The Guildford Town Centre Expansion (GTC) project consists of a 3-phase renovation and expansion to the existing shopping centre. The anticipated completion of this renovation is October 2015.

Phase 1 consists of a new Wal-Mart Store and a parking level located above the store. Phase 2 incorporates the retail expansion which consists of a two-storey addition to the existing Guildford Town Centre, including retail stores and food court component. Level 1 is approximately 180,000 sf and Level 2 is approximately 165,500 sf for a total floor area of approximately 345,500 sf. The project also includes site improvements to existing surface parking areas around the existing building totalling approximately 1 million square feet.

Phase 3 is an interior renovation of the existing mall, including a reconfiguration of some malls and a re-alignment of stores.
