Gateway Business Park Development Receives Unanimous Support

September-2008 - LEED Gold Gateway Business Park development in Surrey received unanimous support from Advisory Design Panel last night. The proposal includes a comprehensive mixed-use form of development with 400,000 sq.ft residential and 500,000 sq.ft. office/ retail next to Gateway Skytrain station. The first phase of 200,000 sq.ft of office/ retail is to be completed in 2010.
