Tian Hong Village

This project entailed a total of 70,000 m2 of space in a prime location in Beijing’s Central Business District. Tian Hong Village includes three residential towers of approximately 40,000 m2, an office block of approximately 20,000 m2, and club and retail uses of another 10,000 m2.
The design combines the advantages of both Chinese and Western concepts in high-rise residential design.
