This design for a site in the eastern suburbs of Shanghai was carefully designed to allow for phasing of construction in such a way as to minimize impact on existing residents. A Ring Road provides ready access throughout the site, while a central linear landscaped spine provides for pedestrian access and links together all parts of the site.
