This project included Master Planning for a site north of Beijing, as well as detailed design of the residential and Club facilities. The overall site area is approximately 50 hectares, with more detailed site planning being done for the 15-hectare portion of the site shown on the illustration. Villa designs included a variety of detached, duplex, townhouse, and apartment units.
Extensive site development for landscaping, water features, and roadways, unifies the entire design. A distinctive club-house style is developed to act as a focal point for this new community.
