This 22-storey, 30,000 square meter residential tower will be located in the northern area of Beijing, just outside the fifth Ring Road and on the east side of the 2008 Olympic Park. There will be 191 apartments in total, varying in size from under 100 square metres to 220 square metres, with the average size approximately 130 square metres. In addition to larger penthouse units, there are small two-level units on the east side, as well as more typical one-level units. The suite designs feature flexible functional layouts with good internal zoning.
The façade is brick and metal / glass window wall, with stone accents at the base. There is a limited amount of retail space on the east side at ground level, and private club facilities on the second floor of the east wing.
