The Vancouver Club

Vancouver, BC

Construction of an adjacent parkade and park, the completion of Waterfront Centre and the extension of Cordova Street, all resulted in turning what was formerly the rear of The Vancouver Club into a prominent street facade.

As a result, The Vancouver Club decided to renovate the existing east, west and north elevations of their Classs "A" Heritage building in 1992. Castings of moldings and relief from the Second Renaissance Revival façade have been used to construct fibreglass replicas applied in conjunction with a brick and exterior insulation finish system.
