Design / Project Architect

Qualification Requirements

• Team player, highly motivated by design
• 4-6 years experience in creating, developing and executing design solutions on various project types and sizes
• Advanced skills in 3D visualization. Software: 3D Max, Sketch-up and/or Revit
• Proficient skills in Adobe Design CS3; strong graphic layout skills preferred
• Competent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experienced in organizing and preparing documents for Rezoning, Development and Building Permit Application
• Experienced in document management through Schematic and Design Development Phase
• Experienced in Consultant coordination and Client liaison
• Ability to assess and evaluate various building systems and products during the Schematic Design phase to present to in-house team and client
• Working knowledge of building codes and City of Vancouver approval processes
• Degree in Architecture; AIBC registration preferred

Intermediate Architect

If you are a talented architect, graduate architect or intern architect with experience in commercial, mixed use and high-rise residential projects, we encourage you to apply. Familiarity with municipal approval processes an asset.

• Registered Architect)
• 3 to 5 years experience (local preferred)
• Strong proficiency AutoCAD 2004/5 (Revit an asset)
• Microsoft Office an asset
• Excellent technical design and drawing skills
• Knowledgeable with BC Building Code an asset
• Works well in a team environment)

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively participate and work in a team environment.

Intermediate Architectural Technologists

We require experienced and talented architectural technologists to join our team of professionals. The successful applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years local experience
• Strong proficiency AutoCAD 2004 (Revit an asset)
• Microsoft Office an asset
• Excellent technical design and drawing skills
• Creative thinkers with a background in industrial, commercial projects
• Knowledgeable with BC Building Code
