Canada Way Business Park, Phase II

Phase II of the 9-acre Canada Way Business Park comprises three 4-storey and 5-storey office buildings with a total area of 230,000 square feet. IBM is the main tenant of two of the buildings.

Taking advantage of the natural slope of the site, each building is oriented towards the views, particularly to the north, while at the same time maximizing the visibility from the intersection of Canada Way and Wayburne Drive. These three buildings are clustered around a landscaped courtyard with surface parking. Visitors with automobiles can enter each building from the courtyard through spacious 2-storey elevator lobbies or from the three levels of underground parking.
