Westminster Centre is an office and retail complex in located in the business district of New Westminster. Three new floors of office space were added to the south-west corner of the complex, adding 42,000 square feet of new Class A office space. The new building is developed to first class office standards, offering bright new spaces, high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, state-of-the-art building systems and interior finishings.

The ground floor consists of an existing street front retail podium and the new second, third and fourth floors are first class office space. While the new office building is part of the Westminster Centre complex, a separate, new office lobby will be built with an entrance directly from Sixth Street. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification in September 2009 for excellence in energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable design.
