MCM - Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership

Located in Glenlyon Business Park, this building provides approximately 40,000 square feet of office space. The design takes advantage of the challenging size and shape of the site, resulting in pie-shaped floor plates with dramatically curved perimeter walls. The south-facing curved wall is screened with heat-absorbing glass panels to reduce glare and heat gain from direct sunlight. Sheltered bicycle parking facilities are provided along with 120 spaces for cars. The building is constructed using standardized concrete tilt-up panels.
