John Moorcroft, MAIBC, Senior Associate An associate since 1995 and one of the senior members of our firm since 1973, John’s experience in office buildings, shopping centres and educational facilities is invaluable to Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership and our clients. John’s role is that of senior Project Architect working closely with the Partner-In-Charge and overseeing the design development, document production and contract administration of a project. He also has extensive experience with interior design and space planning. |

Dean Connie, MAIBC, LEED® AP, Senior Associate Dean joined Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership in 1989 and was named an Associate in 1997. He is one of our senior Project Architects and provides a wide-range of duties in the architectural spectrum including design development, contract drawings, contract administration and site supervision. Dean's experience includes a diversity of projects such as hotel and resort facilities, convention centres, shopping centres, commercial office buildings, low-rise residential projects and banking facilities. Current projects include Electronic Arts Ph 2 and the Ritz-Carlton / 1151 West Georgia. |

Jonathan Rider, MAIBC, MRAIC, LEED® AP, Associate Jonathan Rider was appointed an Associate of MCM in 2003. He leads the practice in the field of Sustainable Building design, for which he has been a passionate and tireless advocate for many years. Jonathan came to MCM in 1998 to help focus our efforts to apply the principles of Green Design — or High-Performance Design as he prefers to call it — to our work. Jonathan has worked on several projects that have achieved new standards for our firm in terms of higher performance and lower impact on the environment, including BC Gas Coastal Operations Centre and Semiahmoo Library and RCMP Facility. MCM’s new offices achieved high standards in terms of the LEED™ scorecard as well. Our firm is now very much “part of the solution”, and Jonathan Rider has played a vital role our progress. As a firm we are members of the Canada Green Building Council and the US Green Building Council, and Jonathan leads MCM's LEED® Assessment team for the Canada Green Building Council. |

Jean-Pierre Mahé, B.Sc, M.Arch., MAIBC, MAAA, MRAIC, LEED® AP, Assoc Jean-Pierre Mahé was promoted to an Associate with Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership in November 2004. Jean-Pierre’s extensive experience in the public and private sector, his project management expertise and his advocacy of sustainable planning and design are valuable assets for MCM’s clients. He is the Project Architect for the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre - Canada's first Public Private Partnership healthcare facility, also registered with LEED® Canada for Silver certification. |

Steve Nilan, AIA, Associate Steve Nilan joined Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership in 1988 and became an Associate in 2004. Steve's education and experience spans both BC and Washington State, receiving his architectural education and professional registration in Seattle after earning a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He has been a member of the American Institute of Architects since 1990. Steve's project management skills and extensive experience in architectural design, building construction and computer technology have been a valuable contribution to MCM for a wide variety of projects and building types, as well as sitting for numerous in-house committees and management groups. |

Gabriele Bromley, Administrative Director & Associate Currently the Administrative Director of Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership, Gabriele was promoted to Associate in November 2004. Since joining the partnership in 2000, her contributions have earned her the distinction of being the first Associate appointed from the firm’s administrative staff. A seasoned administrative professional; she is a valued and integral member of the MCM team, contributing her skills and talents to the day-to-day operations and management of the firm. |

Tak Chan, MAIBC, MRAIC, M.Arch, BA, LEED® AP, Associate With 15 years of design experience in Hong Kong, Britain, China and Vancouver, Tak brings a passion for architecture and sustainable design to MCM. His passion, knowledge and skill have been enriched by these diverse cultural experiences and he maintains a keen interest in design innovation. Tak joined MCM in 2003 and his recent projects include Electronic Arts Phase II campus, Burnaby Fire Station No. 7, and a multi-tenant office building in Glenlyon Business Park. |

Renante Solivar, (Assoc) AIA, Associate Renante has developed a balanced approach to design, project delivery and client service drawing on 15 years of experience in California, China, Alberta and Vancouver. He joined MCM in 2003 and delivers a focused leadership style. As Quality Manager of Design, his role at MCM is to continually promote and elevate design quality. In addition to projects like the Centro in Victoria, the Vancouver Aquarium, and the soon-to-be-completed Child and Family Research Institute exemplifies his focus on design excellence and project execution. |

Celso Stifelmann, M.Arch, Associate Celso joined MCM in 2005 bringing over 20 years of experience from Brazil and Canada in mixed-use, residential and retail building types including master planning, design, project and construction management services. He has worked closely with clients, consultants, and contractors in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects. Recently he has been involved in major expansions to Tillicum Mall in Saanich, and Guildford Town Centre in Surrey, as well as the Roundhouse Conference Centre in Squamish. |
